Default PARSE ERROR: Can't upload images on iPad - 04-13-2013, 09:47 PM

Hi, I'm getting a Parse Error whenever I try to upload an image to a reply when I'm on an iPad. I'm able to upload an image on Android ok.

1) What Forum this happens on: Up And Running http://www.upandrunningonline.org/forum/
2) What device you are using (Android? iPhone?) iPad
3) What version of Forum Runner add-on and client. Just upgraded to 1.3.3 thinking it would fix the problem, but it didn't. Before that we were on 1.3.2
4) What you were attempting to do when you got the unparsable result? Uploading an image.

Another thing, I noticed that the error_log file in the forum directory was rather large. It's outputting stuff like what I pasted below. Any help would be appreciated!

Did you report the parse error?

Hi Zachery,

I'm not sure what you're asking. Did I report the parse error to my host? No. I've only reported it here in this thread.

My host was able to resolve the problem with the error_log, but we're still getting the Parse Error when uploading from iPad/iPhone. Can you help me troubleshoot this?

Thanks!

Sorry, when you normally get an error like that there is an option to report it to our servers.

What is the name of your site listed in the forumrunner app, and or what is the name of your branded application, if its branded?

I have the same error on a android. When we were looking for a mobile solution we had 5 people test forumrunner, 2 iphones and 3 android. During image upload everyone one of them showed the error every time but all eventually posted the picture. One error actually said "This app has crashed"

I have been going through this forum and there are not many answers to the bugs.
